These terms cover use of this website and the text messaging in systems SPEC Systems builds and operates for its clients. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed with that client; where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Text messaging
Systems we build may send text messages to a client's own employees about work those employees are involved in, such as which job a company credit card charge belongs to. Messages are sent only to people whose employer has entered their number for that purpose.
Message frequency varies with activity, and is typically fewer than five messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. An administrator at your employer can also remove your number at any time.
Mobile phone numbers are never shared with or sold to third parties, and are never used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Use of this website
The content here is provided for information. Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt access to systems or data you have no right to.
Client work
Scope, fees, ownership, timelines and support for any build are set out in the written agreement with that client. Nothing on this website forms a contract or a guarantee of a particular result.
Client data
Information held in a system we build belongs to the client. We process it on their instruction to run and support the software. On request we return or delete it.
Availability
We aim to keep the systems we operate running and monitored, but no software is available without interruption. Planned maintenance and incident handling are covered in each client agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
