From this website. If you book a call or send us a message, we collect the name, email address, phone number and business details you give us. We use standard web analytics to understand which pages people read.

Inside systems we build.Our clients' systems hold their business records: employees, vendors, jobs, documents and transactions. That information belongs to the client. We process it on their instruction in order to run and support the software, and for no other purpose.

Some systems we build send text messages. These go to the client's own employees, about work those employees are involved in. A typical message asks which job a company credit card charge belongs to, and the employee replies with the job name or a photo of the receipt.

Mobile phone numbers are never shared with or sold to third parties, and are never used for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are entered by an administrator at the client, are used only to send that person messages about their own work, and are passed only to the messaging carrier that delivers the message.

Message frequency varies and depends on activity. Most recipients receive fewer than five messages per week, and receive none at all in a week with nothing to ask about.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. An administrator at the employer can also remove a number at any time.

To operate and support the software we build, to respond to enquiries, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data to advertise to anyone.

Only the service providers needed to run the software: hosting, database, messaging and AI providers, each acting on our instruction. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell it.

For as long as we are working with a client, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting purposes. On request, we return or delete a client's data.

Access is limited to people who need it. Systems are hosted on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, and credentials are held in secret stores rather than in code.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If the information sits inside a client's system, we will pass the request to that client, since the records are theirs.
